A 3-day experience designed to add coaching fuel to student ministry 

@ Fast Forward, your student minister will come together with up to 20 peers from across North America for three days of intense coaching focused around three sources for success:

1. Strength of Self (Who am I?) @ Fast Forward for Student Ministers, we’ll coach participants to know God’s unique fingerprint on them using two highly effective insight tools: The Clifton StrengthsFinder and Patterns for High Performance

2. Core Results (What am I trying to accomplish?) @ Fast Forward, your student minister will gain a clear vision for the results that matter most. We’ll do this via coaching around two core coaching concepts: The Power of Three (getting more done by focusing on less), and X to Y by Z (the coaching equation for getting real results)

3. Action Mapping (What will I do?) @ Fast Forward, your student minister will take a macro look at what actions need to be taken and will map those actions on the micro level along four quadrants for sustainability: 1)Path Clearing (removing obstacles), 2)Motivational Drive (turning “have to do lists” into “get to do lists”), 3)Precision Power (leveraging the power of specificity in taking action), 4)AGR (Aligning Goals with Results).

The impact of Fast Forward lives beyond three days. Sustainability comes through A Peer Learning Community and the option to contract with an Executive Coach.

Chad Hall, PCC, Global Consultant for Learning and Development with SAS Institute, Inc. who has served as pastor and church planter and coached over 100 ministry leaders since 2001.
